These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all VPS services ("Services") provided by LuxeHost ("Provider") to the customer ("Customer"). By using our Services, the Customer agrees to these Terms.
Fair Use Policy: Use bandwidth fairly. Abuse that disrupts the network is prohibited.
Prohibited Activities: No illegal files, DDoS attacks, malware, spam, copyright infringement, offensive content, or other illegal activities.
Security: Customer is responsible for the security of the VPS, including updates and passwords.
Backups: Customer is responsible for making backups. The Provider is not responsible for data loss.
Maintenance and Updates: The Provider may perform maintenance and will inform the Customer in advance if possible.
Payment Terms: Prepayment is required. Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless canceled.
Non-Payment: Services may be suspended or terminated in case of non-payment.
Suspension: Services may be temporarily suspended for violations of the Terms or during maintenance.
Termination: Services may be terminated for persistent violations or non-compliance with payment obligations.
Limitation of Liability: The Provider is not liable for direct or indirect damages, including data loss or profit loss.
Indemnification: Customer indemnifies the Provider against all claims and costs arising from the use of the Services.
Damage: The Provider cannot be held liable for damages caused by the use of the VPS. Use at your own risk.
The Provider may change these Terms. Customers will be informed and may cancel if they do not agree to the changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
